AI advice & implementation for UK law firms

Not sure where
to start with AI?

You don’t need to know which tools to buy.

I’m Atif Ullah. My team and I help law firms choose and implement AI tools, reduce repetitive work and train the people using them.

How we help

From your first questions
to AI in daily use.

You may want to spend less time on document summaries, repeated data entry or routine correspondence. We work out where AI could help, what it would cost and how to put it in place.

01 / UNDERSTAND

We look at how your firm works.

We speak to the people doing the work and review your current software. You get a plan for getting started and extending AI across the business where it can save time or reduce costs.

02 / RECOMMEND

We explain the options and costs.

We check whether tools you already pay for can do the job. Any recommendation accounts for licences, setup, training and review time. We agree the work and fees with you before starting.

03 / DELIVER

We set it up and help people use it.

My team and I configure and test the tools, train your staff and help with rollout. Once they’re in use, we check the results with you and deal with what needs changing.

Implementation experience

I’ve introduced AI
from scratch.

I’ve implemented AI in my own business and litigation work, and helped law firms get started with none in place. That has meant choosing useful tools, fitting them into the work and improving efficiency and accuracy.

Setting up the software is only part of the job. I’ve also trained teams to check sources, recognise hallucinations and review AI-assisted work before relying on it.

My background

I bring over 15 years in litigation, including department leadership, and a BSc in Computer Science. I understand the demands on a legal team as well as the technology.

My team and I can stay involved through tool selection, implementation and training. We look at the time saved, the cost of running the tools and how well the process works for your people.

How I approach reliability
  1. 01
    Start with the sources

Use appropriate information and define the task.

  2. 02
    Apply the right tool

Create a draft or structured output to review.

  3. 03
    Check the result

Verify material points, spot gaps and flag uncertainty.

  4. 04
    Keep people in control

Train users to make informed decisions about the output.

People remain responsible for checking and using the output.

Before you get in touch

A few practical questions.

You don’t need to prepare a brief. Tell us what you’d like to improve, and we’ll take it from there.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. Start by telling us how your firm works and what takes too much time. We explain the options in plain English and help you decide what to do next.

Can you implement the tools as well as advise?

Yes. My team and I can choose and set up the tools, test them, train your staff and provide ongoing support. We’ll agree which parts you need help with.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the task, systems and support involved. We agree the scope, deliverables and fees before work begins, including any proposed software costs. A single-workflow project can be a useful place to start.

Will we need new software?

Not necessarily. We check your existing software first. If it can do the job and meets your information-handling and access requirements, another subscription may be unnecessary.

How will we know whether it helps?

We agree what to measure, such as task time, review effort, output quality and running costs. A pilot helps you compare the approach with your current process. Time released and cash savings are assessed separately.

What happens on a discovery call?

We’ll ask what takes too much time, what software you use and who does the work. You can ask questions about AI and the support we offer. Then we can discuss what to do next.

The work behind the tools

A bundle to summarise. A chronology to prepare. Information to find. We look at the tasks taking your team’s time and test whether AI can help.

Keep the legal checks in place

Your team still needs to verify sources and use professional judgement. Training covers those checks alongside using the software.
